(Please note that when paying with a foreign credit card a surcharge is added.) Information about trading on the Internet: You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Change of booking: To change the Booking, you must contact Fredensborg camping Shipping and Delivery: When booking the space for your own caravan or motorhome, you will be presented with a Booking confirmation from Fredensborg camping. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract. Registration of information: Fredensborg camping registers your name, your address, your e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but Fredensborg camping keeps the registration for 5 years. Fredensborg camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site. When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
